I Just wanted to write you a thank you note for your help, in regards to me losing weight. For the last 18 months I have been gaining weight constantly. My doctor told me there is nothing I can do about it, it was an age related time of life thing. Four sessions with you and I am all sorted. I cannot believe the difference this has made to me, energy, fantastic headspace, confidence, even being able to mount my horse from the ground because there is not so much weight to lift…..and of course being able to wear the clothes I want to rather than the clothes I can only fit.
